348 Kirkland Ave. (Facing inward towards Peter-Kirk park near the library, Behind the QFC)
Parking can be tricky in Kirkland and this building is tough to find the first time. Please allow 15-30 minutes extra if you have not been here before!
Take the 85th St. exit off I-405. Go towards Kirkland (west). Take a left on 6th. Turn right on Kirkland Way. The Teen union building is facing the park, joining the senior center, and at the opposite end of the building from the Kirkland Performance Center. Free parking is located at the Kirkland library parking garage one block west.
Please Bring
We have a digital piano, CD player, amps, and mics. You do NOT need to bring these items.
To do
- Bring your INSTRUMENT, MUSIC & KARAOKE CD (if you have one)
- Arrive 15 minutes before your set begins
- Come in and get a concert program from the helper just inside the door.
- Find a seat and sit down
with your family. It may be standing room only.
(You may need to wait a few minutes for the audience of the previous set to exit)
When the performer that is TWO before you on the program starts to perform…
- Take your CD to the sound person at the back of the room.
- Come to the right side of the stage (where the walkway is) and introduce yourself to Tyler.
- Relax and get ready to have some fun! If you make any mistakes, just keep going and no one will even know that you messed up :)
- Please be supportive and stay until the set that you are performing in is over. Then exit quickly as we only have five minutes between shows :-)
