Meeting, and knowing and learning to play bass guitar from Steve has been one of the most proud and exciting accomplishments of my life. I thought only another blind person could teach me how to play. Boy was I wrong.

Dear 4- 4 School of Music and Steve Bambrough,

I am writing this letter to express my appreciation and respect to Steve and 4-4 Music School. I regret not attending my last few lessons. I have been in the process of moving to Spokane and have been very busy. Because of this, I will no longer be able to take lessons from Steve.

Meeting, and knowing and learning to play bass guitar from Steve has been one of the most proud and exciting accomplishments of my life. At my first lesson about six months ago, I barely knew how to hold a guitar let alone play one. In this short time frame of taking lessons I far, far exceeded my expectations as a musician. Steve truly has a talent for teaching, it becomes obvious when you talk to him and his students. As a blind person, I was a little reluctant to take lessons from a sighted person. I thought only another blind person could teach me how to play. Boy was I wrong. Steve has an amazing talent for teaching absolutely any one to play guitar, regardless of their age, aptitude or disabilities. Not only did I learn more then I could ever imagine about the bass guitar, Steve introduced me to a wide variety of music, and bands I had never heard of before. I am especially thankful for this opportunity to have learned about music I did not know existed. Because of this talented and optimistic teacher, I am a much more diverse, and motivated bassist.

I cannot thank Steve and 4-4 School of Music enough for the services they have provided. I will carry my lessons and conversations with Steve with me for the rest of my life. He will never be forgotten. You cannot teach someone such valuable skills without becoming a little bit attached. I will truly miss him.

Ryan not only teaches my son to play guitar but he also inspires him. He builds his music ability as well as his character.

My instructor is always happy to see me, very patient with my development, and encouraging me to expand my knowledge.

I’ve been taking drum lessons since April 2007 and I have nothing but great things to say from my experience. My instructor is always happy to see me, very patient with my development, and encouraging me to expand my knowledge. AND ITS FUN! As far as administration goes, I’ve had no problems. There have been times where I’d needed to travel out of town for a few weeks, and they’ve always been helpful with my rescheduling and billing questions

I’m sure you hear complaints and problems all day, so I want to give you a compliment or two. We are impressed with the professionalism of your staff on the phone–they know what they are talking about, they are efficient, and they are friendly. Also, while we’ve only had one lesson with Antonio, it is a pleasure to watch him interact and teach my daughter. He LOVES music and it is infectious! He has exactly the kind of passion in a music teacher that I have been searching for!
We are excited about our daughter’s future with this studio and instructor and look forward to enrolling our son in drums this summer as well.

I wanted to tell you that my son is really enjoying have lessons with Antonio. Thank you for choosing him to be his instructor since it meant a lot to us to have a right tutor for him since he was a beginner. Not only has Antonio done a good job to teach him how to play a violin but he has encouraged him to practice every day and he wants to play to our friend when they visit us! He is so proud of learning to play songs with out looking at the notes. Thank you for selecting such an excellent teacher for us.
